At Linking Our Hearts, we promise quality in our products, our service, and in how we care for our customers. We have a satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase. We offer a 30 day exchange or refund policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

shipping & handling
Linking Our Hearts uses UPS (or USPS to P.O. Box addresses) for standard shipping. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours via standard service Monday through Friday. Delivery takes approximately four to ten business days. We’d be happy to expedite your order for an additional charge.

Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is always USPS with no additional charge.

For remote areas of Alaska and Hawaii add $20 to standard charge.

international shipping
Shipping outside the USA will be charged $20.00 per order. Shipping charge will be added at check out for online orders.

sales tax
Sales tax of 8.35% is charged to orders shipped to an address within California.

backorder
When you order an item that is on backorder, your credit card will not be charged until the item ships. If the actual ship date is later than the estimated ship date, we will notify you by email.

merchandise returns & exchanges
All clothing merchandise unused and unwashed can be returned for full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date the merchandise was shipped. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for the return postage and will be charged a reshipping cost for exchanges unless error was made by Linking Our Hearts.

If returning we recommend that you use traceable shipping methods and insure items when returning. Refunds will be promptly made upon receiving your return.

artwork care in packaging
Artwork either unframed or canvas wrapped around stretcher bars will be handled with as much care as possible and shipped well wrapped and protected. Unframed canvas print will ship in a reinforced cardboard tube, and framed canvas print will ships in a box.

Standard shipping for framed art will be charged an additional handling & packing charge of $17.00

Artwork has a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! We're convinced you will be more than happy with the quality of your prints when they arrive. All artwork has a 30 day, no questions asked, return policy. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

gift wrapping
We will be happy to gift wrap your order and hand-write your personal message on a note card. If the item goes directly to the gift recipient the invoice will not accompany the shiment. Gift wrapping charge is $5.00 per item.
